hon’ble sir/madam with deep adoration and humble reverence i am writting to your goodself.sir in india there is huge corruption. everybody is crying to stop corruption by way of law and agitation but no one is knowing the rootcause. in my veiw point the rootcause is our educational syllabus in school/college which is mainly job oriented but not character building. to stop corruption we have to change the school/college syllabus from job oriented to character building . and this can only happen if we include bhagwat gita, koran, bibel etc in our school and college syllabus as 2nd mil so that each pupil can choose one as per his choice or as per his religion so that our pupil can build their character. my argument in favour of the above is that if we observe a vedic pass out student we found that he is not at all corrupt throughout his life or a little because of his study. so we must reform our school /college syllabus by including the above mythological books as there is no other way and no agitation or no law can stop corruption. thanking you jayanta dash mobile-09776321291,india

TERRORISM IN NIGERIAWest is alarmed by the appearance of a new phenomenon, terrorism Africa, which experts in the near future may overshadow European and Asian terrorism by force and cruelty. The world has emerged a new movement of terrorist center, which moved from Europe to the Middle East and Central Asia then. Now, when almost all terrorists are killed Europeans, Asians and weakened, unable to perform more or less serious, the focus is on African Islamist groups.Three main terrorist cells in Africa: Nigerian Boko Haram Ash-Shabab and Al Qaeda’s Somali Islamic Maghreb (AQIM). According to U.S. intelligence services, these groups strengthen their ties to organize terrorist attacks against the country.EE. States., Alarmed at the growth of terrorism AfricaLast fall the head of the U.S. Command for Africa (AFRICOM), General Carter Ham said in his report that each of the Islamic groups, Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, Al-Shabab in Somalia and the radical Islamist group Boko Haram in Nigeria, represents a “significant threat” not only for the region but also for America. And “the most worrying is that these Islamic groups seeking ways to more closely coordinate their activities,” he said.Experts who analyzed the African terrorism on behalf of the Homeland Security Committee of the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress. States. especially emphasized the role of group Boko Haram, saying that this terrorist group is already prepared to operate out of Nigeria and Africa. They stressed that is also capable of threatening U.S.. States. in its own territory. “The development of Boko Haram goes quickly. [The organization] close collaboration with Al Qaeda and Al-Shabab. The evolution of Boko Haram, which refers to the definition of targets for attacks and tactics, it’s like to have the organizations linked to al Qaeda, which already made attacks on U.S. soil, “says the report.Boko Haram: The religious sect “joined the caravan” of terrorismThe religious sect Boko Haram operates in the Muslim north of Nigeria. It does not recognize the laws of the country, its aim is to establish Sharia law in Nigeria. Punishable as cruelty to Christians and Muslims who dare to criticize or refuse to support their ideas. The organization was founded in 2002, but its terrorist activity began in 2009. During these three years Boko Haram life has left at least 935 people, according to Human Rights Watch. Experts believe that the radicalization of Boko Haram was due to the movement split between moderates and radicals. On January 26, 2012 the President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan, Boko Haram urged to nominate their demands to negotiate. On January 28 the terrorist group’s spokesman, Abu Kaka, said Boko Haram negotiate with the government only after they kneel. The mass killings carried out by Boko Haram is a challenge not only for Nigeria but for the entire international community, says Guido Olimpio, a journalist with Italian newspaper Il Corriere Della Sera, active contributor to the Jamestown Foundation, Washington, founded and controlled by the CIA and terrorism expert.”Three years ago it seemed that after the assassination of its leader, Mohammed Yusuf [the July 30, 2009], the organization would cease to exist. But its members have dispersed to different countries, healed its wounds and reorganized, gaining contacts abroad. According to Western intelligence, the movement dreams of establishing Sharia in Nigeria ordered his troops to the tribal areas of Pakistan, a true university of terrorism, to learn the methods of the struggle of jihad. Other members of the organization established contacts with Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), whose leader does not hide his organization supplied arms and aid to their fellow Africans, “says the expert. The leader and inspirer of the ‘jihadists’ Boko Haram is Abubakar Shekau. They say they do not live in Nigeria and prefer to travel between Cameroon, Niger and Chad. This ensures that you do not catch and has ability to recruit people in these countries.Imitating AQIM and al-Shabab, Boko Haram wants us to consider a move not only locally, but internationally. According to the leaders of the movement, it is important to “join the caravan,” as Osama Bin Laden.
